    **Description**

    This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Recovery Document team. This includes coordination, tracking and monitoring of all eligible accounts through the audit, recordation, cancelation, and/or deeding back functions. Some of the primary responsibilities of this position are- managing all escalations, providing direction to team members, assisting day to day workflow, auditing of legal real estate documents (Warranty Deed, Satisfaction of Mortgage, Quit Claim Deed, Assignment of Contact, Deed-In-Lieu etc.) to ensure proper execution and intent, monitor workloads, drive timelines and deadlines, support and meet Sr. Leadership expectations. All must be in accordance with state/federal guidelines, SOX & PII compliance as well as business standards.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES:**

    Monitor workload to ensure timely processing of deed review, mortgages, and other legal real estate documents for all properties to ensure they have been properly executed and are ready for next steps. Receive, review, and manage the escalations process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Communicate amongst all relevant parties (internal and external) ensuring escalations are addressed in a clear and concise manner. Review title searches and be able to clear title issues. Manage pipeline to consistently produce documents for mailing as well as processing of received document packages. Track and adhere to state and county judicial/non-judicial foreclosure guidelines and timelines. Ensure County and State recording requirements are adhered to.

    Monitor team performance and coach team members accordingly. Maintain integrity of data in multiple tracking structures. Successfully navigate all HICV systems. Confirms reporting is accurate and adjusts/amends as needed. Track performance of team through reporting and analysis.

    Work with Leadership to keep policies and procedures up to date. Develop processes to streamline team functionality and support the roll out of new initiatives with team members and leaders. Ensure all team members are up to date on new policies / initiatives.

    Develop and maintain strong effective working relationships with both internal and external partners. Ensure deadlines are being met to exceed expectations. Work to identify areas of synergy to streamline processes and workload.

    This position will have supervisory responsibilities. Training of new employees, monitoring workflow, assist with annual reviews, coaching employees and help develop team member growth. Coordinator will work with leadership as well as other departments to address and resolve escalated customer issues.

    **REQUIREMENTS:**

    Associates degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Services- Preferred

    Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience and minimum of 5 years in related experience (i.e. mortgage, banking, timeshare or administrative operations)- Required

    Florida Title Agent license desired but not required

    Ability to organize and analyze data.

    Ability to resolve problems quickly and accurately

    Ability to communicate with front line employees as well as senior leadership

    Attention to detail required.

    Ability to adapt and react to constantly changing goals / priorities

    Ability to lead others courageously
