    Day-to-Day Product Customer Support for all products.

    Builds servers/workstations in accordance with established guidelines. Performs limited desktop troubleshooting under guidance of senior personnel. Performs well-defined assignments in support of senior personnel. Assists in gathering data for requirements studies and cost benefit analysis. Gathers, organizes, and examines data [used for reports] for completeness and accuracy. Generates simple reports of statistical data. Skills: Bachelor's or equivalent, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional). Experience with setup of PC workstation and server hardware, including upgrades such as replacing hard drives, memory chips, and power supplies. Experience with installing Windows operating systems and configuring computing environment. Able to recognize most common software and hardware problems and perform remedial repairs. Ability to create clear, concise written reports.

    This storage Engineer will primarily focus on Dell Data Domain migrations and builds. The resource should also have experience with Cohesity and Netapp. The resource could be asked to work day to day support. The resource can be remote, but if they are located in a hub city (ATL, MSP, Milwaukee) they might have to come into the office to work with peers on the team on project.

    This Position is for Data Protection / IP Storage engineer with 5-10 years experience with Dell Data Domain, Cohesity and Netapp Storage. We are looking to fill a 9-month contract to possibly help with a Dell Data Domain build and migration project. This resource would help with migration work also with Netapp and support of the day-to-day IP storage and Backup technology. While team some team members work on the key projects, this resource might have to focus on Day-to-Day support (provisioning, firmware upgrades, hardware upgrades, internal product migrations and general day to day customer support and questions. Depending on where the resource is located, they might have to come into the office a couple days a week if they are in the MSP hub area.
