    In this role, you will coordinate the provision of residential health care supports through training, monitoring required medical services, interfacing with various health care providers and coordinating essential follow-up.

    Specific Duties:
    Provides assessment and direct nursing health care to the Residents as prescribed by Health Care ProfessionalCommunicates medical changes/needs/concerns of the Residents to Clinical Vice President/Directors, Senior Nurse Manager and Colleagues through a variety of mediaAttends medical appointments as neededCoordinates medical supports including emergency treatment as required for ResidentsAssumes direct nursing care for all program ResidentsEffectively train Colleagues and assures competency (where applicable) of Colleagues in the special needs/ medical issues of the ResidentsProvides technical training and ensures competency of Colleagues in the use of medical devices in the program i

    Nursing Degree with a Massachusetts LPN License in good standing, preferably with a minimum of 2 year's experience but will consider recent graduates.

    One year related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesKnowledge of MAP regulations and Department of Developmental Services regulations a plusValid driver's license required, as is the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage and satisfactory CORIFull and Part time openingsAmerican Training, Inc.
