- Day-to-day duties include complex analysis of microscopic, immunologic, biologic, bacteriologic, hematologic, and chemical tests and their results.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Our Medical Technologists (MT) perform assigned laboratory tests in specialty departments to include Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology.By conducting laboratory tests and procedures, you will help to provide data for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
EXPERIENCE: Previous Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Scientist experience is preferred.
EDUCATION: A Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology, Biological, Chemical, and/or Physical Science is required. A Nursing Degree will be considered with the required CLIA acceptable courses. A Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science is preferred.
CERTIFICATION: Successful completion of registry within 12 months of hire for anyone with a hire date after 1/1/2005. Registry/Licensure in a specialty area will be considered. An ASCP, AMT,NCA, or HEW are preferred. Continuing education to maintain registry/licensure is required.
