The Aircraft Maintenance and Parts Administrator reports to the General Manager and is responsible for all administrative duties in the FBO aircraft maintenance department to include billing and processing invoices, filing, customer service, assisting with parts procurement, inventory control, parts sales and returns, shipping and receiving, and tool control related to the maintenance operation.
