As a

senior accountant

at Level20, you'll be responsible for owning accounting operations and processes crucial to the launch and scaling of new products being brought to market.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll work closely with Level20 initiative teams to prepare and review monthly journal entries, financial statements, invoicing, expense planning, and month-end close activities.

Additionally, you'll collaborate with finance business partners to ensure adherence to corporate accounting standards, provide regular updates on Level20 financials for leadership, and engage with the appropriate teams on the execution of FinTech reconciliations and processes.

Location :

this is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH. Work from home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Four years of related accounting experience (minimum two years in corporate or public accounting)
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and standards; current or previous public accounting experience preferred
Experienced in the development and continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to identify discrepancies; Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Compensation
