- Pull and cut wire to exact dimensions needed.
- Wire the box properly with, troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Operate power and hand tools and any other equipment necessary to perform all associated tasks.
- Anticipate supply level and order parts before they run out.
- Evaluate assembled structure for damages, incorrect design and/or setup, and suggest corrections or improvements.
- Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to bend over metal boxes for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail and pride in work are critical.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Must be a team player and willing to perform tasks that may not be in a particular job description, take initiative when appropriate, and be open to constructive criticism.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and/or interpret control panel wiring schematics.
- UL508 knowledge or certification desired.
