    The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.

    You are the main point of contact for two executive leaders whom you support, so we rely on you to ensure the lines of communication remain open between their offices, senior management, and internal teams.

    Our headquarters will be relocating to Dallas, TX at the end of 2024.
    Compose correspondence, prepare presentations/reports, and handle information requests (often confidential in nature).
    ~Arrange complex national and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; collect documents for travel-related meetings; Demonstrate leadership and diplomacy to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management and internal teams.
    ~Provide support with preparing and circulating materials for review before Board meetings; Complete expense reports, and process travel reimbursement requests.
    ~Prioritize multiple needs efficiently and follow projects through from start to finish with a keen sense of urgency.
    ~You have an associate or bachelor's degree and a passion for continuous improvement.
    You have a fire in you to keep pursuing excellence, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives. You possess expert-level writing, editing, grammatical, and research skills. You are also a whiz with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
