As a Junior Reporting Analyst within the Preferred & Small Business Banking (PSBB) Operations team, you will support the development and maintenance of operational procedures and reporting processes. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their analytical and operational skills in a banking environment. You will assist in gathering and organizing data, updating documentation, and supporting routine reporting tasks that help ensure compliance and operational efficiency.- Assist in preparing and maintaining routine operational reports and dashboards. Support the documentation and review of procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Learn and apply regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to banking operations. Collaborate with team members to identify and escalate potential issues or inconsistencies.
- Use internal systems to research and verify customer or transaction data. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build knowledge of banking operations and reporting tools.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures for data handling and reporting. Provide general administrative and analytical support to the PSBB Operational Risk & Reporting team.
What you'll need:
- 1+ years of related experience.
- High school diploma required.
- Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Entry level working with spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Entry level ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.
