Aegis is partnered with a stable manufacturing organization that is seeking a Payroll Specialist/Accountant to join its accounting team due to an internal promotion.
This role is primarily focused on multi-state payroll processing with additional exposure to payroll accounting and financial support activities.Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Maintain payroll records and system accuracy
- Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations
