We are looking for an Accountant Associate to join our team We are a small CPA firm in Seattle, WA providing accounting and tax services to multiple clients. Our services include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll preparation, General Ledger maintenance and Financial Statement preparation We also provide Federal and State Income Tax Services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, for the preparation of financial statements, and taxes
• Assist in the sorting and analysis of client tax records provided for tax return preparation.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields is helpful, but not mandatory
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and tax work
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to switch between projects and interact with clients.
