Job summary

The Guest Services Agent (GSA) is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the front desk and support for Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include registering guests issuing room keys providing information on hotel services room location answering phones in prompt courteous manner accurately processing all cash credit card transactions maintaining security of cash guest information may book guest reservations revise changes promote teamwork quality service through daily communication coordination with other shifts departmental management ensure guest special requests fulfilled proper delivery of guest services issued control release safe deposit boxes comply federal state local laws health safety alcohol services perform other duties assigned.
