    Our enterprise client has a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Level 1 - 2 Desktop Support Analyst to work in an global enterprise environment in the office five days a week supporting hardware issues, Microsoft Office and Office 365.

    responsibilities:
    The Desktop Support Specialist works under limited supervision and assists users with technical support of desktop computers, applications, mobile devices, virtual meeting support, and related technology as well as asset management, imaging and deploying of all IT assets. 5 Days a week in the office. Hardware support, Office 365 and Microsoft Office troubleshooting.

    Consultant will also be required to have strong experience in basic hardware troubleshooting as well as supporting all areas of Office 365, Teams, WebEx and other virtual meeting platforms. There will be occasional visits by client's senior executives to the office so strong communication skills and customer service white glove services are required.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide quality Tier 2 Desktop support to corporate end-users as well as deployment projects, installs, moves and changes.

    Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10. Active Directory, Office 365.

    Experience with virtual meeting applications such as Teams, WebEx.

    Experience with a ticketing software to track and update work, Service Now or other ticketing system.

    Equipment setup for new hires/terms/transfers. Must be able to physically lift equipment such as monitors and desktops. Must be able to crawl under desks to perform cable management. Must be able to pack equipment for shipping to home office or user's home addresses.

    Assist or coordinate implementation of OS updates, software upgrades or installs, security patches, clean/remove malware.

    Provision mobile devices (iPhone and iPad) and resolve connectivity issues. Should be familiar with a mobile device management solution (MDM).

    Ability to adapt and learn new technologies. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Ability to work in a fast paced environment and come to the office in person five days a week. Some overtime may be available.

    Support computer hardware, software and peripherals. Provides skilled technical assistance in trouble-shooting problems and maintaining systems.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Assists users with technical issues via telephone, e-mail, or in person. 50% phone and 50%hands on

    Coordinates activities with Manager, technical staff, users, and vendors, which include service requests and trouble-tickets.

    Provides written and verbal status of projects to all involved parties.

    Experience with standard software applications such as McAfee, MS Office, and Citrix.

    Must be able to document problem resolutions within trouble tickets and maintain written documentation.

    Education/Experience:

    BS Degree or Associates in Computer Science or relevant IT support experience

    Cisco Webex Video conference support is nice to have

    Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

    strong Communication Skills and excellent customer support background
