    This Opportunity (Job Description):
    DI is in search of a dynamic Admissions professional to join our growing team.

    In this role Admissions will play a critical part in the recruitment journey, guiding prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment.

    Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, they will also work closely with other department leaders to develop and implement effective enrolment strategies to support the growing student population.

    Currently this role requires work in-person, on campus Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and remote work is available on Fridays.

    The ideal candidate for this role is someone who prioritizes the students experience above all else.

    They must be a true professional with a genuine concern for student success and a commitment to integrity and uphold compliance and regulatory standards.

    Successful candidates will have a positive and approachable attitude along with the self-motivation to drive results.

    Excellent time management skills are a must as is a strong work ethic and ability to follow through on commitments.

    Successful candidates will have the ability to utilize technology and data to inform decision-making process and will thrive on the execution and delivery of exceptional results.


    Your Impact (Responsibilities):
    Develop and execute comprehensive admissions strategies aligned with DIs enrollment goals and objectives.

    Work closely with department leaders; student services, financial aid, marketing, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts to achieve enrollment goals.

    Develop and maintain knowledge of the industry, DI programs, policies and compliance and regulatory standards.
    Participate in admissions events both on and off campus.

    Maintain regular and timely contact with prospective students to provide correct and necessary information for prospective students to make informed decisions.

    Document all prospective student correspondence in the institutions Student Information System (SIS).
    Assist applicants through the application process via phone calls and emails.
    Coordinate with student services for registration and financial assistance.
    Monitor student enrollments, identify obstacles, and address issues to increase student success rates.

    What Youll Do (Primary Duties and Essential Functions):
    Lead mentor, and motivate the admissions team to achieve performance targets.

    As well as being a part of the team to deliver performance targets and deliver exceptional service to prospective students.

    Continuously assess and enhance the admissions process to streamline procedures, improve efficiency and enhance the overall experience for applicants.
    Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators, access recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
    Conduct outbound calls daily to support prospecting efforts, adhering to established policies and procedures.
    Respond promptly to new student inquiries and maintain consistent communication throughout the admissions process.

    Schedule and conduct interviews to qualify prospective students, explain program offerings, and ensure proper completion of admission paperwork that meets compliance standards and DI policy guidelines.

    Maintain databases accurately through inquiry management and logging of all activities.
    Represent the institution positively and professionally in various interactions and events adhering to all compliance and regulatory standards.

    Follow up with interviews to support progress in the enrollment process and to resolve any issues or address any concerns.

    Complete and stay up to date on all required training.
    Participate in all required team meetings.
    Other duties as assigned.

    What Youll Bring (Skills and Qualifications):
    Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred.
    Five years of progressive admissions, outreach, or recruitment experience preferably in a for-profit college or university setting.
    Solid understanding of admissions processes, enrollment management strategies and industry best practices.
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in higher education.
    Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    Experience with CRM systems and other admissions-related technology solutions.
    Strong written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.
    Commitment to diversity and experience working with multicultural populations.
    Demonstrated ability to take initiative, collaborate effectively, and engage with diverse constituencies.


    Salary Range and Job Title:
    The salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000 per year. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
