As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Indianapolis, IN at the Emmerson Commons Branch. We acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
We drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions appointment setting and effective lobby engagement ultimately elevating client loyalty Deliveres full pnc conversation with every client interaction identify appropriate pnc solution Leverages ecosystem partnerships as well as community centers influence acquire expand retain relationships creates custumer loyality grows custumer share wallet performs lobby engagement actvities connect customers position pnc product meet needs educates customers options managin finacial transactions leveraging tecnology tools resources Applies product procedural knowledge identify mitigate solve custumer problems effectively drive custumer loyality Manages risk adherence polices procedures demonstrating sound judgment within established limits demonstrates heightened scrutiny identifing avoid loss participates daily operations ensuring completed efficient accurate manner
