We are seeking a highly skilled self directed Mobile Preventative Maintenance Technician to support our ready mix concrete plants This role operates independently in performing preventative maintenance and detailed equipment inspections across multiple plant locations The technician works to identify maintenance needs and ensuring equipment reliability safety and complianceSkills
- In depth knowledge of ready mix concrete plant equipment and industrial machinery
- Strong preventative maintenance experience in an industrial or plant environmentCDL holder and DOT inspection experience preferredExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong data entry documentation and record keeping abilitiesProcess driven with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently in the field with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills to coordinate with plant personnel
