    About the role:

    This is a vital role within the People Solutions function— a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions. People Solutions is a newly formed function within Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) with the objective of enabling Takeda's business strategy, delivering simplification, improving service and ensuring a positive employee experience. 'Building and Delivering Simplified and Innovative Solutions' is our overarching vision with Patients at the center of all that we do. As a People Resources Hub On-site Specialist in TBS, you will be part of a team responsible for providing HR process, policy and program level support to the US region at one of our Global Manufacturing Supply locations. Reporting to the People Resources Hub Lead and US Operations Lead, it is our multi-channel engagement solution to provide all Takeda colleagues with a simple and intuitive point of contact for support and action. This is a critical component of our aspirational exceptional People experience. You will be reporting to the People Solutions Regional Lead.

    How you will contribute:

  • Providing exceptional employee experience through each available channel, i.e. in person, phone, email, etc. Queries may come from within HR, Leaders within the business or from People Solutions colleagues.·
  • Answering queries regarding HR policy, procedure or the use of HR tools and case management system·
  • Supporting HR activities on-site as well as by multiple channels in a timely, accurate and efficient manner·
  • Offering competent technical knowledge and advice within scope of solutions for HR.·
  • Research, resolve or re-direct queries timely and accurately.·
  • Process complete and accurate documentation·
  • Partnering across People Solutions towers/teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of accountabilities to meet expected KPIs and optimal people experience for GMSGQ functions·
  • Provides an interface to embedded HR to provide insight and updates related to People Solution processes, cases and ways of working
  • Provides localized support to our Global Manufacturing & Supply colleagues as well as our HR organizations by develop trusted relationships with the key US based businesses regional stakeholders, through anticipating and understanding key business needs and requirements, to deliver on their and TBS strategy Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Desirable: Bachelor's degree·
  • 2+ years of experience of working in a customer centric environment, customer mindset, help desk role or equivalent·
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent·
  • Customer Centric and Solutions Orientated aptitude with demonstrable experience in providing solutions based on customer needs.·
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures·
  • Experience in using Workday and ServiceNow desirable
