    Job Summary:

    The Pediatric Clinical Supervisor will oversee all clinical aspects of Pediatric Services and lead the frontline clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care. The Pediatric Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for creating an environment of patient-focused care, defining standards for quality patient care, managing and developing work-based teams for assigned shifts, training new staff, and providing leadership to our clinical team.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure continual delivery of high-quality clinical care.
    • Adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve our quality of care.
    • Recruit, select, retain, and guide our clinical staff.
    • Ensure that clinical staff remains in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment.
    • Mentor the field clinicians.
    • Provide supervisory visits as needed and per regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Current Missouri license as a Registered Nurse.
    • Must have 3 years of experience in nursing. One of the 3 years of experience must be in a supervisory position or the field of pediatric nursing.
    • Experience in management is highly preferred.
    • Ensure all pediatric patients receive a supervisory home visit every 90 days.
    • Ability to effectively supervise, demonstrate good judgement, and communicate well, especially with clients, families, physicians, and field staff.
    • Requires a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Requires a high level of commitment to customer service and great organizational skills.
