Job summary
The practice manager is responsible for the operations management and performance of the assigned practice(s). They manage all non-provider staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and conducting regular staff meetings. The manager also coordinates with the front office staff and URPG Business Office to ensure a productive atmosphere that promotes excellence in customer service and patient care.
