Physical Therapist, HWC Part Time Day ($2,500 Sign On Bonus))POSITION SUMMARY:
To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy.
EDUCATION:
Possess at least a master's degree from an accredited college or university, except for an applicant who prior to January 1, 2003, possessed a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
$2,500 Sign On Bonus
EXPERIENCE:
No previous experience required. Outpatient experience preferred. Schedule will include 2 days until 7:30pm and Saturday rotation in the spring and fall only 8am-12pm
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Special Skills/Qualifications ΓÇó Current and Valid New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist. Current BLS Certification. ΓÇó Standard Precautions. ΓÇó Keyboard Skills. ΓÇó Ability to perform work accurately and give attention to detail. ΓÇó Ability to use effective critical thinking and analytical skills. ΓÇó Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities.
ΓÇó Ability to communicate and interact with relevant departments within the health-system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members in accordance with ValleyΓÇÖs SERVE and CARE standards.
ΓÇó Ability to interact with patients in stressful situations and changing work environments related to changing patient needs ΓÇó on competently in a changing work environment related to changing patient needs.
