- Urban elementary teaching experience
- NYS or equivalent Teaching Certification (1-6 or Middle Grades) with coursework in education (Special Education Certification highly preferred)
- Experience teaching within subject area expertise and exceptional knowledge of relevant statewide standards (ex. Common Core, NGSS)
- Demonstrated success raising achievement levels of all students

We believe
WHIN is currently seeking a Middle School Lead Teacher (Math, Science, History, or ELA) who is ready to help grow a unique school community where compassion, kindness, and curiosity drive each and every day.
Specifically, the Middle School Lead Teacher is responsible for:
Salary Range: $62,000-$100,000 based on experience
