    Job Description:

    Work within the Finance department that has broad responsibilities for financial planning, budget/forecasting, business unit and project support for the executive group. Support company-wide business planning, integration and performance monitoring processes. Provide support as the Finance representative on cross functional strategic projects.

    Participate in the annual budgeting and monthly forecast process for assigned departments

    Participate in the monthly variance reporting and explanations for assigned departments

    Assist with the facilitation of monthly review meetings with leadership from assigned departments

    Participate in the development and maintenance of financial and operational reports and dashboards utilizing enterprise wide applications for various levels of leadership

    Facilitate development and maintenance of operational and productivity KPIs / metrics for various levels of leadership

    Create financial models and business cases for major projects

    Support enterprise wide system / process improvement efforts

    Work in coordination with other departments on continuous improvement projects

    Assist in the training and change management efforts of the department related to enhancements to systems, process, metrics, and/or reporting

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or similar business discipline

    Masters in Business Administration (or similar) a plus or working towards (offers tuition reimbursement)

    1-3+ years of relevant Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting or Public Accounting experience
