    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

    The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, training development, and workforce management.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
    • Oversee workforce management activities such as scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
    • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Utilize HRIS systems (such as Dayforce) to manage employee data and generate reports
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
    • Assist in change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
    • Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for performance improvement

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Dayforce is a plus)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
    • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
