    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Inhouse Corporate and Real Estate Counsel (Attorney) located in Orlando, FL. As an Inhouse Corporate and Real Estate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on corporate and real estate matters. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, handling leases and real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to provide strategic legal guidance and manage legal risks.

    Developer Side lending, Leases, Property Acquistions and other interesting high impact mix of Real Estate work.

    Very strong academics required and large law firm experience preferred.

    Qualifications

    • Law degree and active license to practice law in the state of Florida or eligibility for Florida Bar admission
    • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a corporate and/or real estate attorney
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate law, real estate transactions, and relevant regulatory frameworks
    • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm specializing in corporate and real estate law is preferred
