Toyota of Ashland - Sales Associate Role

Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to join a high-performing team in the automotive industry? Toyota of Ashland is currently seeking a Sales Associate to drive vehicle sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will focus on promoting and selling new and used vehicles while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in meeting sales targets and maintaining a strong knowledge of our inventory and promotions.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell vehicles while prioritizing exceptional customer service
Educate customers on vehicle features, financing options, and aftermarket products
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Sales Manager
Follow up with customers to foster long-term relationships
Stay informed about industry trends to maximize sales opportunities
Complete sales-related paperwork accurately
Assist with inventory management and showroom upkeep

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the automotive sector
Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Pass background check and drug screening
