      As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the process serving operations by providing administrative and data analysis support from the office.
    You will work closely with the process servers, legal team, and clients to ensure efficient workflow, accurate data entry, and exceptional customer service.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be proficient in data analysis and entry.

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications in office administration or legal studies a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in data entry. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of data and information. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Familiar with using office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, and email software. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
