Who are you? We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts and utilizing your design skills to create visually stunning and effective campaigns that align with Castle's brand identity and mission. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a passion for creating personalized and innovative solutions for our clients.

Where you'll focus:

Design:

• Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with Castle's brand guidelines
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom, to create high-quality designs

Marketing Support:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content for social media, blog posts, and email newsletters
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to help optimize campaign performance

Branding:

• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and platforms
• Assist in maintaining and updating Castle's brand guidelines
• Help develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement

Organization:

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating marketing and design-related meetings and events
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography, or Advertising
• An eye for layouts and print materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and aesthetic sense
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• (preferred) Experience in interior design, architecture, or construction-based marketing
