    Direct Protection Security Inc Authorized ADT Dealer is an alarm company seeking a full-time Billing Collection Coordinator to join our team The position is responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable from our customer base and handling customer accounts. We are the nation's top ADT dealer and have been in business for over 20 years. Our company stays updated and provides the latest advanced technology to protect our customers. We thrive to gain customers satisfaction and confidence in their family's safety.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor assigned accounts daily
    • Identify outstanding account receivables
    • Resolve billing issues
    • Resolve customer credit issues
    • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
    • Update account status records
    • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of billing and collections procedures
    • Possesses excellent verbal, negotiation, customer service and communication skills.
    • Able to work in a high volume and fast-paced office environment.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally.
    • Capability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-3 years previous experience, preferred.
