- Act as Service Desk member for day-to-day operations of computer networks, systems, and software for clinics throughout the country
- Manage lifecycle of workstations, laptops and necessary peripheral devices (scanners, printers, signature pads, x-ray units, inter-oral and other imaging devices) and dependent software
- Evaluate existing technology systems, perform or coordinate regular maintenance/updates on PCs and other hardware/software
- Maintain records/logs of repairs made, maintenance schedules and upgrades of all company IT related hardware and systems
- Assist with management & training for our cloud-based solutions (Azure/O365, Manage Engine, etc)
- Acts as a liaison between staff, vendors, and consultants on projects and initiatives
- Participate with staff in testing new releases of the Operations production systems and technologies
- Provide limited on-call tech support (business hours covering multiple time zones)
- Coordinate with IT Director on Acquisitions/Integrations special projects
- Maintain understanding of HIPAA regulations and ensure security, compliance of all company networks and computer systems
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- IT-related degree preferred
- 3-5 years proven work experience as an IT Professional/relevant-related field (not an entry level position)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows OS, O365, and/or EntraID cloud technologies
- Technical certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc) a plus
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Must display professionalism and maintain confidentiality for patients and staff at all times in all situations
- Must be able to clearly communicate written and/or verbal information with staff, vendors, consultants and anyone else who enters our office
- Must have excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Must have legible handwriting and moderate to rapid typing skills
- Must possess outstanding organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently or as a team member when necessary
- Must be able to learn new skills and adapt to change
- Must be able to sit, stand, and move about an office for moderate periods of time
- Must have adequate manual dexterity to operate a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must have visual acuity to read documents and information on a computer
- Must have adequate hearing to answer telephones and comprehend protected, private conversations with staff, vendors, consultants and anyone else who enters our office

We are seeking an IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
