We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Director of Analytics Solutions to lead the development and deployment of enterprise-wide analytics capabilities. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by implementing advanced analytics technology and solution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data architecture, and cross-functional collaboration within a consumer products environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture/design, implementation, best practices, and optimization of analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SAP, and SAP BW.
• Define data roadmaps, architecture vision, and adoption of emerging analytics technologies
• Establish enterprise data architecture strategy, governance frameworks, and standards aligned with business goals.
• Manage partners and vendor relationships - oversee the implementation of third-party analytics tools and services.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of full-stack analytics developers.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models and dashboards to support business insights and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organizations to understand analytics needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies to enhance predictive analytics and automation capabilities.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security across all analytics platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data management roles.
• Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end implementations of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Lake/Lakehouse, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Must have strong hands-on, end-to-end implementation experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Expertise developing analytics solutions on Cloud Analytics platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Experience implementing AI-driven analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
• Expert-level data modeling skills, including Star Schema and Third Normal Form (3NF) design.
• Proven ability to handle structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data types (JSON, XML, EDI, etc.).
• Skilled in diverse data ingestion methods — APIs, ODBC, JDBC, and custom connectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of the EDW/BI development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support structure.
• Strong knowledge of Self-Service BI best practices and Agile BI development methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in consumer products or similar industry preferred.
• Domain knowledge across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Strong data understanding of SAP functional modules (FI, SD, MM, PP, PM, IBP); familiarity with Manhattan data is a plus.
• Experience integrating data from third‑party aggregators such as Nielsen and Circana.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
• This role requires Stamford, CT office on‑site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
