Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Center Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to learn quickly, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and respond to telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain good listening skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and leadership to ensure seamless communication.
Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions to meet their requirements.
Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Operate equipment, software, and devices with expertise and be willing to train others.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites, are necessary for efficient performance.
Outstanding phone skills and strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math, are also required.
Promptness, reliability, and responsibility are vital characteristics for this position.
The ability to lift 40+ pounds is necessary for performing certain tasks.
