    Heat Treat Operator Details:

    • Temp-to-Hire position
    • $19.00 to $20.90 /hour
    • Full Time work available
    • Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am)

    Perform heat treatment operations in accordance with the needs of the production facility.

    • Temp-to-Hire position
    • $19.00 to $20.90
    • Full Time work available
    • Third Shift (Monday through Friday 10pm to 630am.
    • Loads and unloads furnaces in accordance with operating procedural documentation
    • Ensures charged component details are correctly entered on production documentation and charts
    • Operates cane to transport product between different areas
    • Operates lift truck and pallet truck

    Heat Treat Operator Qualifications:

    • Possesses conceptual skills, process improvement skills, functional and technical skills, tooling skills, and coordination skills
    • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
    • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions
    • Applicant may be subject to a background check
    • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
