    Summary:

    Responsibilities:
    83; Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance, and safety.
    83; Performs radiographic examinations.
    83; Checks equipment, supplies, and accessories on a regular basis. Required to maintain the required stock of supplies for each radiography room.
    83; Develops film including evaluating film for technical quality.
    83; Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas.
    83; Transports patients to radiographic room (at times also back to room or ER); prepares and maintains room.
    83; Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops.
    83; Attends meetings as required.


    Qualifications:
    83; High School Diploma or GED
    83; NM Radiography Tech (RRT) or Temp NM Radiography Tech
    83; Rad Tech-Radiography ARRT R.T.(R)
    83; BLS Certification is required at the time of hire.
    83; Associate degree preferred.
    83; Employee will have a period of 1 year to obtain ARRT certification.
