Job Summary

This is a entry-level management role located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The New Jersey Shift Supervisor is responsible for overall proficiency and efficiency of the New Jersey operations team for the shift they lead.

Essential Functions

Accountable for the day-to-day functions of the New Jersey operations center for the shift they lead including ensuring staff results by communicating job expectations; planning monitoring and appraising job results developing coordinating enforcing systems policies procedures productivity standards.
Provides timely actionable feedback to team members.
Provides weekly monthly reporting needed by leadership to understand performance trends and requirements.
