    We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow development and FedRAMP instance management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP regulations and standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. ServiceNow Development:
    • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, and workflows to meet business requirements.
    • Implement and maintain ServiceNow configurations, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the quality and efficiency of developed solutions.
    • Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to continually improve development processes.
    1. FedRAMP Instance Management:
    • Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances in compliance with FedRAMP security requirements and standards.
    • Implement and enforce security controls, access management policies, and monitoring procedures to ensure data protection and confidentiality.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
    • Work closely with security teams to remediate findings, implement security patches, and ensure timely resolution of security incidents.
    • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on FedRAMP compliance requirements and best practices.
    1. Full Stack Development:
    • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like or Angular.
    • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models to support application requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
    • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on ServiceNow platform development.
    • Hands-on experience with FedRAMP compliance and managing ServiceNow instances in a FedRAMP environment.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
    • Experience with back-end development using languages like Java, Python, or
    • Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred

    Qualifications:

    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in ITSM / ITOM / CSM
    • Experience with modern web development frameworks such as , Angular, or
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with ITIL principles and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
    • Understanding of federal government contracting processes and regulations.
