- Use of multiple systems to determine eligibility of reinstatement, process transactions, and Agent Bonuses
- Complete and track processes completed
- Follow-up to ensure transactions completed processed successfully
- Communicate task progress and concerns
- Adhere to the policies and procedures set within the department
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.
- Ability to learn new computer systems
- Teamwork - Commitment to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals
- Possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with team members
- Detail oriented
- Meet/maintain key performance metrics and quality assurance requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Some insurance and/or sales experience preferred
- Prior life insurance experience preferred
