    Radiology Ltd., a 500- employee medical imaging organization in Tucson, Arizona seeks a full time Research Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is located on the East Side. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm.

    The Research Associate, under the direction of the Clinical Manager, is primarily responsible for the maintenance of research subject data including scheduling patients enrolled in clinical trials. The role involves communicating with research facilities and patients as well as uploading research results.

    Responsibilities and Duties

  • Schedule multiple modality exams for research patients, providing accurate pre-exam instructions.
  • Provide reminders and follow up for all research patients
  • Resolve all scheduling issues with research facility as they occur.
  • Escalate any research related issues to the Clinical Research Manager or Clinical Manager of site.
  • Respond to all research related queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain research subject tracking throughout the study.
  • Complete ZRad for research subjects upon completion of exam.
  • Verify completeness and quality of all research data prior to any submissions.
  • Collaborate and liaise with research facility colleagues as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Research experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
