- Lead a team of installers in the application of PolyLevel/Chemical grouting techniques for foundation repair.
- Coordinate with production managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for PolyLevel and chemical grouting applications.
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the team.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with customers throughout the job to ensure they have a remarkable experience.
- Attend weekly team meetings and monthly safety meetings.
- Must have previous experience in foundation repair
- Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and guiding team members.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
