    Job DescriptionOur client, LRE Foundation Repair, a leader in Florida's foundation and concrete repair industry, is seeking an experienced Poly Foreman for their Fort Lauderdale branch.

    What you will do as a Poly Foreman:

    • Lead a team of installers in the application of PolyLevel/Chemical grouting techniques for foundation repair.
    • Coordinate with production managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for PolyLevel and chemical grouting applications.
    • Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the team.
    • Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Communicate with customers throughout the job to ensure they have a remarkable experience.
    • Attend weekly team meetings and monthly safety meetings.

    What we are looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
    • Must have previous experience in foundation repair
    • Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and guiding team members.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
