    Travel M/S RN / NIGHTS (7p-7:30a) - Burlington, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Travel M/S RN in Burlington, MA.     Position: Travel M/S RN / NIGHTS (7p-7:30a)

    Location: Burlington, MA

    Job Type: Travel/Contract

    Duration: 13 weeks (with the possibility of extension)

    Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week (every other weekend)

    Unit Description: This position is based in a medical telemetry unit with 16 beds dedicated to tele monitoring. We are seeking an experienced tele RN who is proficient in cardiac monitoring. Your expertise will contribute to the care of patients in need of medical telemetry monitoring, ensuring their safety and providing comprehensive nursing care.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' conditions.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms, identifying any abnormalities or changes in condition.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and treatment.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid and current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
    • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an M/S RN in a hospital setting.
    • Experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry is highly preferred.
    • BLS certification is required.
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
