Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for supporting the VP of Marketing and Innovation in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, managing a broad range of projects from digital content creation (ecommerce, social media, trade advertising, email marketing), support trade show planning and execution, photography shoots, videography, new product communications, to new item set up and catalog creation/updates.

Leads the development and maintenance of all professional channel marketing collateral ensuring compliance with brand standards including priority markets such as NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL and NCAA Division 1 schools, medical distributors, and certified athletic trainer organizations.
Coordinate and execute content creation for digital platforms, including internal/customer websites, social media, email campaigns to promote customer engagement and brand visibility.
Analyze and utilize email lists from marketing events to optimize outreach and engagement strategies, pre, during and post event.Ensure cohesive communication across departments and with external customers to support marketing and sales objectives.
Track progress and build out regular measurement reporting which includes ROI for campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders monthly.
Monitor and report competitive activity and check/adjust plans as necessary for the professional market channel.Oversees new marketing material production, including photography and videos, ensuring content is compelling and on brand.
Provides support for sales and marketing events, ensuring successful execution and brand representation.
Coordinate tracking and execution of strategic partnerships including brand ambassadors, NIL athlete programs, and influencers.
Partner with the Insights Manager to conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.NA

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, English, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job.
Strong experience in general marketing with demonstrated success in brand storytelling .
Ability to understand and comply with the Mueller Quality System and current regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
Previous experience working in sports, sports medicine, healthcare a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills; ability to stand or sit, bend or stoop, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light weights of up to 20 pounds.
Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read.
