Description:
Sharp Executive Assistant needed for tasks usually associated with a senior administrator and/or junior analysts. Will need someone who can hit the ground running. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills. Must be detail and team-oriented; can juggle conflicting priorities while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. This individual should have a high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook calendars. This person should also be adept at learning new software such as E2 Solutions Travel.
This person will be responsible for assisting other administrative assistants in compiling documentation; and creating tables/charts for ** calls and hybrid meetings.
Prior experience working in electronic government travel systems is a plus.This position follows a hybrid work schedule with on-site presence in our Washington, DC office at least six times a month.
