Key Responsibilities:
Lead Americas region performance management.
Proactively identify and escalate exceptions by assessing the integrity of our daily operations, working in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures in place and in alignment with BI&A priorities, especially in terms of quality of work, reliability, accountability and work ethics.
Lead US Demand Planning operations for Priority brands (Commercialized, New product introduction) and the following demand types:Commercial, Patient Assistance foundation, Free Goods and SamplesLead cross functional teams to engage effective discussions to build and redesign processes to enhance Demand planning operations in CTDevelop strong relationships with Business Partners (e.g., Commercial, Finance, BIA) to enable an effective collaboration that ensures the appropriate internal /external market intelligence is used when developing forecasts and clear understanding of key constraintsProactively identify underlying business trends and provide insightful analytics based on advanced modelling techniques (ML) and market intelligence to key stakeholders in the appropriate forums i.e., Demand Consensus meetings.
Properly document and track the evolution of market events and other relevant market intelligence related to official forecast versions available in the Forecast planning system (SAP IBP)Effectively utilize and continuously learn internal systems in an integrated fashion to improve data integrity in CT and non-CT portfolioLead the WW Cell Therapy monthly consolidation meeting with stakeholders:
DP, WW BIA ESP, US BIA ESP to ensure global forecast updates are communicated accordinglyPartner with BIA GPS Cell Therapy Analytics to enhance and develop KPIs and other reporting tools for CT Demand planningManage escalation process for all major demand variations or short-term changes after solid analysis and related recommendation to the respective forums to enable better decisions fasterLead the WW Long-term financial plan (LTFP) volume conversion.
Coordinate with key stakeholders, consolidate and ensure system readiness (IBP), official publishing, complete validation activities for CT & nonEnsure sustainability (i.e.
, onboarding, turnover) knowledge management model for core processes across the Americas region in close collaboration with the Process Excellence leadRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Economics, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering preferredAdvanced degree, diploma or certification in Economics, Supply Chain Management or predictive analytics highly preferred6 to 9 years of Demand and Forecast Management experience in a leading role for a reputed, global Pharmaceutical or Consumer Product company utilizing world class planning and execution processes and supported by ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably SAP suites)
