*Bridgeway Home Health* provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Georgia. We are growing in the Fulton/Dekalb county area in Georgia and looking to add an additional Occupational Therapist to our team.

As a home health OT, you will be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapist / OTR
• Current state license
• Minimum of one (1) yr. of occupational therapist experience
• Home health / OASIS data assessment tool experience required
