Insight Global is looking for a UKG Dimensions Business Analyst to partner with the HR IT project team in assisting with the testing and documentation of various scenarios and locations.

This analyst will utilize their experience and knowledge of UKG Dimensions to ensure accurate configurations for the payrolling system. This analyst will navigate the pay code as well as document test scenarios/scripts in testing tools.

Required Skills & ExperienceA four-year degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldMin 3 years experience with UKG Dimensions (navigating/understanding of configurations)Strong Analytical and conceptual skillsTest script writing knowledge or background (will not need to write the scripts in this role)Fluent communication in the English languageAbility to navigate pay codeStrong Excel Experience Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceQuality Assurance testing experienceDocumenting or tracking test scripts in testing tools Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
