    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is seeking a visionary to join our team, bringing enthusiasm and determination. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our field. The position entails mastering our client servicing processes for a diverse portfolio of 2,000 businesses, cultivating new client relationships through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team in these endeavors. As you excel in mentoring your team, you will progress to the Agency Director role, honing your skills within our established framework. This opportunity offers a competitive weekly compensation range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist existing client base.
    • Explore new business prospects (B2B).
    • Oversee team activities and outcomes.
    • Coach and nurture incoming team members on current systems.
    • Provide daily reports on field operations via Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

    • Robust supervisory and leadership capabilities.

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are prerequisites.
    • 45-day evaluation period before eligibility for advancement.
