    Description

    Ignite Digital Services is seeking a mid-level Program Management Consultant to support government clients with day-to-day business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify deficient processes across functional domains and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
    • Work with the Government Business Finance Manager to oversee project tracking, reporting, and financial planning.
    • Collaborate with Acquisition Managers to develop purchase requisition packages for contract modifications.
    • Support cost estimation efforts for new projects and manage the IPT Knowledge Management site.
    • Assist in inventory management and process development for received equipment.

    Qualifications

    • 4-6 years of experience supporting Department of Defense acquisitions in a program analyst role.
    • Bachelor's degree in business-related curriculum, management information systems, or engineering.
    • Strong understanding of Defense Working Capital business model and financial processes.
    • Knowledge of Navy ERP system, transactions, and reports to manage finances.
    • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
    • Nice to have: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform Tool suite, PMP or DAWIA Level III Certification.
