Lead and develop your team to achieve daily production targets and foster a culture of safety and accountability.Manage all daily production activities within the value stream, ensuring all commitments are met making continuous improvementsImplementand improve manufacturing efficiency through effective procedures systemsand toolingEngage with customers directly as a key leader in those interactions.Analyze daily performance dataand develop countermeasures andrecovery plansfor missed targets.Recommendand implement strategic changes to production capabilitiestoolingand staffing.Collaborate with other departments like Salesand Marketingto align production activitieswith customeranda market needs.Manage maintainthe departmental budget includingboth expenses capital.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business AdministrationEngineeringor related fieldor equivalent experience.
- Experience leading manufacturing operationsideally 3–5 yearswith prior supervisory responsibilities.
- A proven track recordof successin leading teams tommeet ambitious goals.Exceptionalcommunication interpersonalskillswith abilityto effectively resolve conflicts.Strong analytical problem-solving abilitieswith data-driven approach.A solid understandingof budget management financial principles.Expertise in processimprovement conceptsflexible adaptable mindset.
