    RESPONSIBLEFOR:

    Performing patient assessments, generalrespiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care proceduresin adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and managementof all equipment and patienteducation.

    Qualifications:

    MINIMUM EDUCATIONREQUIRED:


    Associates Degree in RespiratoryTherapy Sciences

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:

    Previous Working Experience inRespiratory care, or successful completion of department specificorientation including skills validation of competencies for theduties and responsibilities of thislevel.

    MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONREQUIRED BY LAW:

    Registered by the NationalBoard for Respiratory Care and Licensed by the State of Georgiaunder the Composite State Board of MedicalExaminers.

    ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:


    Current certifications in BCLS,ACLS. Must be actively practicing and maintaining all requiredcompetencies.
