Warehouse Manager

Position Description:

This exempt position is based in our Reserve, LA manufacturing facility and reports to the Director of Operations. We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Warehouse Manager to be responsible for supervising the warehouse team, managing inventory, shipping sales orders, and receiving incoming raw materials shipments. The working hours of this position are 7:00 am through 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

General Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping/receiving, and customer service.
• Train associates in and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped or received in a timely manner.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's enterprise resource planning system (Deacom).
