Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Insurance experience is not required, as we will provide training for the right candidate with the right skill set.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who can help us grow our business through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a total commitment to success each day.
